Shrimp tagliatelle 番茄鮮蝦義大利麵

所需材料:
3/4公斤新鮮中等大小的蝦去皮。你可以保持尾巴。
1包Pasta,最好是意大利麵條
4瓣大蒜,去皮,壓碎
ㄧ百毫升白葡萄酒
西紅柿(大番茄)2個,切碎成小塊
2湯匙芥末
60毫升Sparta Gold金牌斯巴達特級初榨橄欖油
現磨海鹽和黑胡椒
半把香菜(optional),切碎
作法:
1.根據Pasta包裝上的說明煮意大利麵條。
2.在煎鍋,放入橄欖油和蒜頭。
3.加入蝦仁稍微炒香。
4.加入調味料,然後在加入白葡萄酒。
5.白酒蒸發後,把切碎的番茄,芥末醬在鍋裡攪拌均勻。
6.倒入水,讓醬小火煮20分鐘。如果醬略顯單薄不要緊。
7.最後添加意大利麵條入鍋,將所有材料攪拌一起。撒上胡椒和一點香菜。

Ingredients
3/4 kg fresh medium sized shrimp, peeled. You may keep the tails.
1 pasta package, preferably spaghetti
4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
100ml white wine
2 tomatoes, chopped into small pieces
2 tbs mustard
60ml Sparta Gold extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Optionally, 1/2 brunch parsley for sprinkling, chopped
Preparation
1. Boil the pasta according to its package instructions.
2. In a frying pan, put Sparta olive oil and the crushed garlic.
3. Add the peeled shrimps and saute briefly.
4. Add the seasonings and then the white wine.
5. Once evaporated, put the grated tomatoes, mustard in the pan and mix well.
6. Pour water and let the sauce boiling over low heat for 20 minutes. Do not afraid if the sauce is slightly thin.
7. Finally, add pasta to the pan and combine all the materials together. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and optionally with parsley.
