Are there differences between Greek and Italian balsamic vinegar?
Papadimitriou Greek balsamic vinegar is comparable to the best Italian balsamic. It is a fermented product, and contains no artificial colorings or other additives. But unlike common Italian balsamic vinegars, which are artificially sweetened and colored (using caramel coloring additive E150), Papadimitriou balsamic vinegar stands apart for its rich balanced flavor.
