咖啡品種：100%是阿拉比卡。
採收期：每年9月到12月。
處理方法：手工水洗、日曬。
烘焙程度：中度烘焙。
咖啡香氣均勻、優雅甘甜，口感乾淨，帶有堅果及可可風味，尾韻帶著迷人煙燻香味。
Production for La Cumbre Negra Black Mountain Peak Coffee is located in the Volcan de Fuego west of Antigua, with an altitude of 1200 meters and a dry climate.
Coffee Variety: 100% Arabica beans
Altitude: 4000 Feet
Harvest Period: September to December each year.
Treatment Method: Manual washed, sun exposure.
Roast: Medium
Tastes Like: Ripe stone fruit, cinnamon, honey and sugar.
Profile: A uniform aroma, elegant sweetness, a clean taste, with nutty and cocoa flavors, and a charming smoky aroma at the end.

We source our Coffee Beans from Radical Missions, a 501(c)3, who produces La Cumbre Negra Coffee Beans. La Cumbre Negra COFFEE Black Mountain Peak Coffee Project is a unique plan developed over ten years. It is the only coffee we know of that is grown, harvested, processed, roasted, packaged, and transported directly in the place of origin, all of which are produced by the people who grow it. Except for the locals who grow coffee by themselves , there will are no coffee brokers, exporters and retailers involved in the whole process.
The result is that coffee producers can now earn a sustainable living year after year, getting paid a fair price for their hard work. A price that does not fluctuate with the commodities market. A stable price that lets them build a future for their children and their country. The Radical Missions coffee we sell is a coffee that has been grown with love and care by hardworking people since the 1800’s, passing skills down from generation to generation.
